"The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. "This is not really close to anything, so be prepared to walk for at least 15 minutes (not including the 4 flights of stairs) to get anywhere. It is an old Venice property, so it is a little musty, though they have decorated the rooms well. The view out of the room is a courtyard, not a canal. When someone flushes, it will be heard throughout the building. Breakfast was functional. Staff was very helpful - Barbara can definitely plan your day!"
