"Met a friend from Vegas, I'm in Missouri, for the weekend ending Aqueduct's last weekend of racing after 132 years. Chose Comfort Inn for our brief stay because of ease in getting back and forth to JFK (included), and they were spot on with their established pick-up / drop times. "The hotel, staff and services are excellent, but the Chinese restaurant downstairs (downstairs from the lobby) is another matter. I went there for dinner and the staff is not that friendly unless you are Chinese. They give priority to Chinese guests. I was there for 8 to 10 minutes and they served those who came before me and the menu has section just in Chinese and when I asked to translate it, the waitress told me that I cannot order food from that part of the menu that I have to order from...

"great hotel in a great location. Nice people, clean comfortable rooms, Good beds, towels and shower. No complaints. My only disappointment was the price. Super expensive for a hotel of this type."

"We didn’t realize that the room came with king size bed. We requested a roller bed and they did not have one. Secondly the hair dryer was torn off the wall. They never put it back on. One thing that I did like was that the rooms were clean."

"Had to wait really long 50 mins to get hotel shuttle from airport. However hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff helpful. Return shuttle is every hour, i.e. 6, 7, 8 am etc … 30 min frequency would be more desirable. Other than frequency of shuttle service, everything else good."

"We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. When we booked, no one mentioned that the entire floor and amenities had been reserved out by a private group for Shabbos which completely ruined our weekend. We were completely barred from using the pool and the hot tub because the private group had locked them down. The common areas in the hotel lobby were completely taken over by the event. "I stayed for 4 nights, everyday I had my room cleaned and with cleaned towels :) the hotel is very clean, they could update some things but overall was a very nice stayed. Bed was comfy along with the pillows. usually I am very picky with that. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The food ohhhh the food was very very good!!"

"There appeared to be a leak in the bathroom not sure if it was from the tub, toilet, or sink but when I took a shower there appeared to be extreme amount of water on the floor without water spilling from the tub."
