"The pool was amazing! The children loved it. Also the beach so nice and clean. Staff very helpful. I would book the vinwonders next time with the hotel that is better value. Buffet was amazing. So many different foods to pick from. It was just beautiful"

"From check in to check out, the hotel was fantastic. Rooms were beautiful, and the beds really comfortable. The pool area and bar staff were amazing. My daughter had left her teddy bear at the previous hotel, and they called the hotel on my behalf and arranged for it to be picked up and delivered to us. The staff went above and beyond whenever they could. The hotel was located very close to the lantern boat rides, market and night life, but was just far enough away to avoid noise at night. All hotels need to carry out repairs and renovations at some stage, and we experienced some, but the hotels told us in advance what times the work would be carried out and kept it to a minimum. They also provided some complimentary drinks as compensation for any inconvenience. We would all definitely stay there again."

"We wanted a traditional hotel & it was excellent with such friendly helpful staff . Walking location to river & activities- pool was great as the weather was very hot - rooms were big with balconies over the pool Lots of tailors nearby for getting clothes made - will be back again"
