"It is very locked down. The front desk is behind glass, and it is actually hard to make out what they are saying. Parking is street parking. There is a nearby garage, but it closes at night."

"Cable kept buffering the whole stay"

"All was wonderful till the end. Good location by many great spots for food, drink, and waterfront. Unfortunately at the end of out visit my Mom fell out front hitting her glasses, nose, teeth, hand, knee. When I asked for an ice pack or first aid kit at the front desk, they had nothing. An empty kit and apparently no ice machine."

"Not enough parking space, not for all guests.At night could not find parking spot even in hotel we parked at the street and get ticket for $100 "

"The reception desk was behind bulletproof glass, suggesting a concern about safety, but then the elevator didn't have a key card reader to prevent unauthorized access to upper floors. Hmmm. The floors in the halls and in the rooms are all uncarpeted hard surfaces so you can hear every door closing in the hallway, making it very difficult to sleep."

"The staff was really friendly. The hotel was very clean and I loved the fact that it’s conveniently located within walking distance to the subway station. I will definitely stay there again!"

"I was charged more for the room. Only one time service in 4 nights stayed. I had to requests towels. Not staying there again!"

"Ok the room is nice. Its generally clean but the soap and shampoo was empty is the dispenser. I didn't complain just went and bought my own soap and shampoo. The bathroom was clean but you can tell the bathroom showerr stall has seen a lot of action. It was wore down. I'm very happy with what I got for the price paid if you not paying $300/night prices you can't expect $300/night service."

"I spent one night here to catch a cruise ship. I didn't expect much but was pleased with the helpful staff and very nice breakfast. The neighborhood is working class/industrial but the inn was a notch above. If I had more time, I would have explored the reportedly wonderful deli on 4th Street."
