I even spoke to the manager and he said Expedia overbooked it until I reached out to Expedia and these scammers started calling me back saying we have a booking for you. We recommend the snorkeling trip with Cruisin Fiji and the diving with Whitetip Adventures - both really friendly, safety minded, professional. On land, the Fiji Culture Village was really fun with great traditional dancing, singing, dinner.

Fiji people in general are very welcoming and friendly. In the Denarau hotel zone you feel like a super nice holiday area. But as soon as drive out of Denarau, especially in Nadi town, it likes like the poorest place I have ever been.

Nadi town itself is a typical large Fijian town with shopping options and a local market. We went in on the local bus which went from the hotel. It was easy and fun!
