"The property is located in the middle of nowhere, secondary street, next to nothing. The first minimarket is at 15 min walking. The staff super unfriendly, they were only interested when I check out next day. To be honest the room was very clean and well furnished. It’s ok for transit between flights. Otherwise to be avoided."

"The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, which we really appreciated. However, the facility itself is in need of a significant upgrade. Our bathroom did not meet expected standards the shower had very poor water flow, and when set to hot, no water came out at all. As a result, we were forced to take cold showers, which was quite inconvenient.
Considering this is a 4-star hotel and not a budget option, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance and overall quality."

The staff were incredibly friendly, special thanks to Sana, Uza, and Marry for making my stay as enjoyable as I hoped. They even took the time to show me around some local spots, which made the experience even more memorable. "Place was GROTTY & UNKEMPT. Had to ask for more pillows as only 2 provided. Bed linen was clean. Bathroom very inadequate. No plug in the wash hand basin, no mirror, so you couldn't shave in there. Had to get a plastic bowl, balance it on a table in front of the mirror which was on a wardrobe door in the bedroom to shave. No shower curtain so floor, toilet etc. all got wet. A lot of noise late into the night and early in the morning, Breakfast consisted of white bread and cake. Butter and jam....
