The location is fantastic nearby dining options aplenty and probably Nagoya's best MEGA donki just opposite the entrance. On top of that it has an amazing buffet breakfast, and natural onsen. However it is a bit dated, so rooms are a bit old, so is the elevator and having a physical key is kinda worrisome.

Old fashioned, but everything you need.
Last minute booking, so was expensive for the room we got. Overall the hotel felt quite tired and old, however everything was clean. We stayed her out of necessity rather than choice. Good location, but probably wouldn’t choose this again.

Overall it was great. Close to everything. Very warm reception getting always. The staff was great.

チェックインの時にたくさん並んでいる時はなおさらのこと 研修の人に対応させる場合 積極的にサポートし 抜けているところを補足してあげないと案内漏れがあるようで とても気になりました 研修の方も教えてあげてる方も 笑顔がなくて こちらが 不安になります 教え方の工夫が必要だと思います 朝食とお風呂は良かったです ありがとうございます
