"Your check in is done on the computer. We did the pre registration and paid and according to instructions waited to be sent info to access our room. (supposed to be sent room # and access code for digital lock). A half hour before check in (4pm) we had no instructions and no staff in front office. "Great property because it's clean and large rooms (I did get 2 queen bedroom). Fairly close to harbor front. Breakfast was decent with eggs/cheese and sausages and the usual waffles, breads and cereals. I wish they had a hot tub and pool. It wasn't worth paying for balcony as there wasn't a good view. It's good for smokers I guess. I liked they had safe and iron in the room, fridge, and sink. I didn't like that the water didn't get hot and that we had to ask for towel replacement...
