"Very fast check in and check out process. Such a convenient place to stay overnight for an early morning trip to the airport because they have free shuttles every 20 minutes. Free water and coffee."

"Rooms were not clean. AC DID NOT WORK AT ALL and the rooms were soooo hot. Had lots to do in hotel but everything was mostly closed and you had to pay to use the saunas. There were lots of ants in and around the pool."

"The bedding cover was terribly stained. The carpet has an old smell. Staffers were very kind and helpful. Location can be difficult if you push a heavy luggage from train stain to the hotel. There is free shuttle to airport, better with reservation. "

"A perfect airport hotel, has professional staff, loads of facilities and excellent bus service to/from the terminals. Lacks atmosphere, but perfect for an airport stop over. Restaurant seems expensive, we took the bus to the terminal and ate at a restaurant there for half what the hotel charges."

"Great hotel, it was easy to take the shuttle bus back-and-forth between the hotel and the airport. We also took an Uber into Narita town to have dinner. The hotel is very modern and pleasant perfect for a transit stop like we had."
