"We had a great stay here. The staffs were extraordinarily kind, helpful and always assisted us with a world-famous Japanese-standard service. The room amenities were adequate but you can borrow more from the reception, from slippers for kid to air humidifiers at anytime. Breakfast was Japanese food and very nice.
