"The property is a short walk (less than a mile) from Narita train station. The suburb is very safe, nice and peaceful. A variety of restaurants and convenience stores around the train station give a lot of options for meals. The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel."

"It was a good location. Near the subway station where you can take a bus to the aeon mall to shop or just eat or you can also walk it for 30 mins (bus ride was 25 mins). Narita station also has a lot of restaurants if you don't want to go far (less than 10 mins walk from the hotel. Overall the location was good! Just keep in mind that the shuttle time from the airport is not every 15/30 mins. Some hours they only come every 45/60 mins. The room very simple (what you see in the photos is the same...

"I booked this location off Expedia, just by the photos and the amenities that were provided. The photos are amazing but when you go into the property, it needs many updates and renovations when we went into our room we had seen that there was mold in places in the restroom, the floor was dusty the entire room smelled of smoke the hallway smelled of an old hotel, but also of smoke the elevator smelled of someone smoking. "We stayed in a large quad family room that was well appointed with 4 comfortable full size beds, TV, machine to boil hot water. We appreciated the slippers and pj’s provided. Staff was attentive, welcoming, and helpful. We made use of the Lawson convenience store at the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The only noted was that the bathtub did have a small leak in the main bathroom when showering. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here."
