"I really enjoyed this stay a great deal and would stay there again given the opportunity. The hotel is 169 years old, is a historic landmark, and history seems to come alive in the place. Due I think to the holiday weekend, the staff were difficult to get on the phone for questions; but they were very helpful and friendly when I finally got them. Location was excellent, with easy walking access to many downtown restaurants and shops. Due to its closeness to bars, there was the sound of music...
