"The hotel was great and the air conditioning was better than all of the other places we stayed—it seems to be a thing in Italy that they restrict the air conditioning at night and this seemed to occur at our hotel (we had it at 19 Celsius around 65 Fahrenheit and it definitely felt warmer than 70 Fahrenheit) however I am still rating it a 5 because it seems to be a country wide thing and it was the least restricted here of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, however I do wish hotels would disclose this to their guests especially when they are tourist oriented."

"Amazing Hotel, Great staff and very safe. Very convenient location just above the spanish steps and everything is walking distance from there. A lot of nice places to eat nearby and very lively st. Quiet rooms and no disturbance. "

"We loveddddd our stay at the Grand Hotel Palace Rome. It’s close to many landmarks and has a pool/sauna you can reserve for unwinding. We got a room with a balcony and it was worth every penny. Plus if you get the breakfast option they will literally give you boxes to go when you leave the next day. Very happy we chose this hotel for our incredible stay in Rome!"

"We had a great stay at Palazzo Nainer. The location was excellent. Housekeeping kept our room spotless with plenty of clean towels every day. The staff friendly and helpful while the rooftop bar provided great views and excellent service. We thought the breakfast was amazing and Hajji, Albert, and Priscilla anticipated our every want/need with a huge smile on their faces and genuine conversation. We will look to Palazzo Nainer for our next stay in Rome."
