"The room had a stain in the carpet, dust was everywhere, restaurants were pricey and not good service at Taos was not good. Need to better service clean the carpets and wipe down the cabinets and surfaces."

"We we there for the 4th of July Celebration and it was wonderful. Staff was great and answered all our needs in a very professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend this hotel as it close to everything.
They do have a valet service that is great. I would recommend that they do more to disclose the parking fees. They are a bit high.
Also I think it would benefit both hotel and restaurant to have better communication when big events are on the horizon.
I would definitely stay here again....

"This place was mostly excellent.
It’s a good location. Walkable for Foggy Bottom and Georgetown.
The staff was accommodating.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with separate areas to lounge, work, and sleep. The housekeeping was notably good. They not only replaced the linens and made up the bed, but generally made the place more orderly (folded my clothes, arranged my toiletries). I felt like my housekeeper back home had come by.
