"Peace of Mind. Knowing that the staff got your back in case of an emergency. The friendliness of staff and the way they go out of their way to help. My grandson had a running nose, congested and I needed to take him to the doctor at 9.45 pm. I went to the reception and the staff went above and beyond to get a taxi and called the private practitioner near the hotel and we went to see her instead of the 30 minutes ride to Sigatoka Hospital. Thank you so much."

"Room was fairly clean but have to request for housekeeping service as we stay 5 days only 1 day house keeping done. Recommend: basic salt sugar and coffee. As I travelled from Australia and expected basic salt sugar coffee and tea."

"Excellent friendly service and staff. Clean room however showerhead needs cleaning and new toilet seat required. My first visit in mid-August, I had dinner in the restaurant and the mahi mahi was tough and uneatable. It also had a slight odour which to me meant that it was not fresh fish, but frozen maybe several times!"

"The waterfront has beautiful friendly staff and is located in an ideal area close to the main town. The property itself is clean just probably needs a bit of an update in terms of the bathroom (wear and tear mostly loose fittings and cracked stained tiles) and in room furniture (very outdated and chair was rusty). "Decent space for the price, nothing amazing or any views. Perfect for those with long layovers and donʻt need to explore the area or leave for other dining options, In-house restaurant and bar was okay, but the food is nothing amazing. I didnʻt have towels, remote control, and my black out curtains werenʻt flush close to the window so there was a gap in the middle and on the side, that anyone walking outside to the pool can see inside my room. I had to walk several times to the desk to ask for...
