"Older building but well maintained. We had stayed here previously a few years ago and it seems much nicer now! I am a breakfast person and the breakfast here is EXCELLENT! I will come back and stay here just for the breakfast when I'm in Richmond. This trip was for my son's swim meet, important to have a bathtub, not just a shower, and older facilities usually have tubs (thank goodness). "We loved the huge size of the suite. This property was well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others."

"I’ve stayed at this property several times and have generally had positive experiences. My most recent stay, however, was disappointing because of the customer service I received from the nighttime front desk attendant.When I arrived, my room door was ajar, and the bed looked as though someone had already been used. I reported my concerns to the front desk, and the attendant explained that housekeeping had forgotten to close the door. I requested a different room. She told me she couldn’t assist...

"When we arrived our shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. The night attendant brought some up but had trouble installing them. I believe the staff took care of them properly the next day. We were charged $50 for "amenities". I asked why. Something was damaged they said. That had nothing to do with us, we didn't install the dispensers."

"The rooms were clean but a little worn and dated. The pillows could use some help. They were a little too soft. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was abundant and constantly monitored and replenished. Not much in the neighborhood, a few chain restaurants. All in all not bad for an overnight stopover."
