"This was by far the best hotel of the five nights travel driving home to Idaho from working in VA. Loved the balcony with a view of the small town. The rooms had cool looking old lamps for lights. Comfortable and super quiet. I thought I was the only one staying in the hotel until I saw people at breakfast the next morning! Coffee was nice and strong (a nice change from most hotel coffee!)"

"I realize the property is going through some renovation. That said, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet in the mornings. The staff (manager) was courteous and pleasant. This is a comfortable, minimal frills motel, with restaurants located in the same area. "

"NOT an Expedia affiliated property! Arrived and they had no reservation for me. However, they had a room and it was very nice. Only complaint is tub was small (couldn't sit with legs straight) and water wasn't hot enough for a bath. But the stopper worked! That was huge! Doesn't look like much from the outside, but housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. Valentino's Buffet across the street didn't hurt either."

"Our room was so comfortable and homey! We slept better than in our own beds at home. Everything was perfectly to our liking. Breakfast was wonderful as well as was the company and the owner of the residence was a delight. The only word I can use to sum up the whole thing is charming. We plan to be back."
