The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. The check in process with the owners was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. "

"I had an entire apartment right on the river Ness the view was beautiful and the location was walkable to several dining and shopping options and the Train and bus stations. My check in was contact less but the property was in beautiful condition including a very generous welcome basket and a lovely coffee and tea selection. This stay was amazing "

"The Bank House was tucked away in a neighborhood. Not your typical hotel accommodation. Kind of a cross between a hotel and AirBnB. Private parking available. Upon arrival, had to ring the bell for someone to greet you and let you in. This and checkout were really the only times we had contact with staff. Room was quite large and very clean. "The room itself was impressive and very comfortable. However, the soundproofing wasn’t great — we were woken at 5am by the room above having a shower; it genuinely sounded so close it felt like the water was coming through the ceiling! It may not be an issue for everyone, but there were a lot of stairs and the room wasn’t located in the main hotel building. This meant going outside to access the bar and restaurant, and unfortunately getting wet in the process. I would have preferred the option...
