"Nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We had a recently refurbished room which was good. The pool/ spa area seemed a little dated and in need of a freshen up."

"I gave the hotel a chance to respond to my enquiries but no response so here we go. Had a work party check into this hotel in March late at night and used car park as always have done. A week later received a Smart Parking fine from this hotel. Messaged the hotel via booking app and also appealed to Smart Parking to advise that we stayed at hotel. Hotel did not respond. Smart Parking rejected my appeal. I then called hotel and advised to send an email to reception. 2 days later no response. Just to clarify - when checking in, there was not 1 mention of having to pay for parking at the hotel now. Checking in after 10pm and leaving again at 04:30 in the morning, the signs were not clearly visible. "

"This was a large apartment, nice for an overnight stop before flying out of Inverness. Easy check in via email with the apartment code. It was clean and well outfitted. We did experience the smell of fuel - likely from the boiler inside the unit - but the staff was very quick to respond and send a staff member out to assist. Good spot for an overnight for our family of 4, with plenty of space to spread out."

"We stayed here twice. The first time we were in bldg 18 room 32. We did not like this room. It seemed old and out dated. Shower has low pressure. It was clean and beds were good. The second times we stayed here (3 days later), we were in bldg 18 room 38. We loved this room. It is updated, bed comfortable and has an amazing shower! Breakfast was good both times we stayed and staff were very nice. Easy walking to stores and restaurants. Car was safe parked in the street."

"This hotel is very convenient to many locations. Pubs, gardens, walking trails. Older but very comfortable amenities. "

"Only a 7-8 minute walk to downtown. Didn't try their pub, but they had an excellent Scotch list. Fair bit of parking in back. Breakfast had good selection of hot options. "

"This is an old hotel right next to the train station. It was very convenient for me to stay the night before my trip to Glasgow. I booked a cozy single room for the night. The room is very tiny. The bed is very tiny. But that’s what I booked. So it shouldn’t have been a surprise. The Bathroom was surprisingly large given how tiny everything else was. The towels were nice water was a bit lukewarm. There was a heated towel rack which was nice. The shower is also very tiny.The bed was comfortable even though it was very tiny and I managed to sleep a few hours. I was really pleased that the window opened. It was perfect for a while so before continuing my trip of Scotland. I was able to leave my luggage while I wandered it round Inverness again. So really this is about convenience. Under the same circumstances I would stay again but perhaps book a room with a bigger bed."
