"The apartment was very nice, clean, roomy and in a great location. The only staff we ever saw was a sweet housekeeper who stopped by on the first morning we were there. She asked if we needed anything and the only ? I had was about the lack of any hot water at all in the full bath. She offered to let management know and that night, whether by something they did or because we happened to find the right switch to push, the shower was great! "Kings Mills is one of the finest hotels we've stayed in, in Europe and the U.S. From the beautifully manicured gardens to the lovely decorated king suite, the great bar, sitting room, and dining room, it is exquisitely maintained and managed by a superb staff. The concierge and reception staff were very helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily. We loved the gardens and enjoyed having breakfast and tea after a long day out. We would definitely recommend it to friends and plan on coming back...

"We really appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. It was stocked with fresh milk a glass bottles of ice water. There was a large selection of teas and instant coffee. We had a huge room with a king bed. Our early morning tour departures prevented us from partaking of the breakfast. We enjoyed the yummy biscuits that were with the tea things. The location made it very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. There are many excellent restaurants nearby."
