"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"The hotel is in a good location, clean and well maintained throughout although the rooms could do with some modernising. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very good - nice selection."

"Basel is a small city by all means with great transportation options. The transfer from the airport was free thanks to the Baselcard you will be receiving upon check-in. You can show your reservation on the way if asked. Hotel is right next to the train station and one of the main transport hubs. And all transportation is for free thanks to tourism tax. The hotel; the reception, the food, the restaurant, the location — everything was top notch!"

"Fijn hotel in een oud kantoorpand midden in een (druk) winkelcentrum, wat overigens niet voor overlast zorgt. Ideaal hotel voor een nachtje aan de grens. Parkeren is gratis voor hotelgasten, alhoewel het erg druk in de algemene garage is."

"Beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker, und der Kellner war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Beim Empfang aquabasilea teilte uns direkt mit: Der Eintritt wird pro Person berechnet – uns wurden 76 CHF für eine Erwachsene und ein Kind verrechnet. Leider gibt es keine Stundentarife; es wird der reguläre Preis verlangt, auch wenn man nur eine Stunde (als Hotelgast) bleibt. Zudem findet jeweils am letzten Samstag im Monat die XXL-Saunanacht mit...

"The property was about a 5 min walk to the train station. The room was very clean and we appreciated that the refrigerator was stocked with free items. The included breakfast was the best we have ever seen. The A/C was excellent which we noticed was not true everywhere. I would rate this hotel 5/5 and we will definitely stay here if we get the opportunity to come back to Basel."

"Rooms was clean has mini bar but you have to ask for drinks. Staff helpful says parking 32 Swiss francs a night. Breakfast was generic nothing special air con was weak. Toilet in rooms right next to door so you have to go in and then close door and have your leg touching door…"

Point négatif : chambre un peu bruyante car route avec beaucoup de trafic et gare juste à côté.. plus calme entre minuit et 7h environ"
