"Check in was easy, although no elevator to the 2nd floor which.may sound petty but can be many trips back and forth to your car. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was low.. Coffee was good, breakfast ok, nothing spectacular."

"Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is clean but is older and the rooms smell musty."

"The room was very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast server also worked the front desk. He couldn’t keep up with filling the hot breakfast items and the warming pan sat empty for at least 15 min. Coffee pot was empty for at least 10 min. He would be working in the kitchen and then get pulled to the front desk to help a customer there. People had to wait on either end of his duties. A second worker was needed."

"Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was standard for best western. The pools and dining areas were great. Nice location in White Bear Lake for easy access to downtown and the lake walk."
