The front desk was very welcoming. I arrived very early and they tried to accommodate me ASAP. Happy hour was a nice extra. Breakfast was great. Very close to the Univ of Delaware. I have stayed there twice.

The room could have been cleaner. The furniture had stains on it. The refrigerator had small dents on it. The property was very close to a major highway. It was rather noisy to try and sleep.
