"We only stayed for one night so it wasn't horrible, but man, that $40 urban/resort charge is crap. "Pros: location, building and deco. South end is a few minutes away. Lots of cool and not too expensive places to eat and drink around. Cons: noise from the street and surrounding rooms, and some products are not provided with the fare( $5 for a small toothpaste tub, in a $325 a night room?)."…""Pros: location, building and deco. "Room condition is so bad. Furniture is very old. Water leaking from the sink. I booked the non smoking room but it was very smelly. Staffs were not supportive, just did their job. "Amazing place!! Also found out they are completely dog friendly bc the Kimpton’s would travel with their dogs many years ago and were never able to find a hotel for them to stay in with them!
