Bonne situation géographique, chambre et hôtel très propre. Par contre la chambre très minuscule, deux lits doubles bien serres. Si on arrive avec les valises, pas moyen de les garder dans la chambre. Zusdi dame de la réception peu agréable. Elle ne dit pas bonjour et quand on passe elle ne souleve meme pas sa tête

The room is tiny! Much much smaller than described. This was a double queen bed room which is too small for a single queen bed. Staff could be a bit nicer too. Breakfast is ok but don’t count on any verity apart from cereal and white bread.

Room was clean big family suite but lock was not working so when we were going out room was not locked only from inside you could lock it. One of staff member was trying to help us but it was hard for him so we had only lock problem. They offered to change room but they didn’t have same size room available so we stayed. It was just uncomfortable to know your belongings were not safe but luckily nothing happened.

The room was perfect for what we needed for one night. Staff went above and beyond to make sure my guests and I were accommodated. The place is clean and the breakfast is okay. Thanks.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé (à 100 mètre) de Chinatown et à moins d’1 km de Little Italy. Il se trouve en bas de Manhattan. Nous pouvons apercevoir le pont de Manhattan. L’hôtel possède un rooftop avec une vue dégagé. Le métro est à 2 min à pied (dernier arrêt de métro avant Brooklyn) Nos lits étaient fait tout les jours et les serviettes changés quotidiennement. Le petit déjeuner (sucré) est très correcte (à volonté). Idéal pour tous et famille avec enfants. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. J’ai passé un bon séjour avec les enfants (5 et 12 ans)

Area felt very unsafe and noisy. Staff insisted on keeping a copy of my credit card details. Swiping for the deposit was not enough.

La chambre pour 4 était vraiment petite. Aucun espace de rangement. Absence de commode , tablette minuscule pour poser les essentiels. 4 voyageurs sans espace pour poser ses affaires, ça complique vraiment le séjour. Salle de bain minuscule. Rénovations faites dans l'hôtel, mais on sent les économies faite pour réduire les dépenses . Petit déjeuner correct.

I like how the water gets heated like instantly. The only thing that I think is not so good is the breakfast and you can hear the noise from your roommate which made me not sleep the second night. Overall, it’s good.

I choose this hotel because it was walking distance from the ferry. If you like to walk. The price was very reasonable for the amount of days that we stayed and they had breakfast included everyday. They also did a little birthday setup at my request for a little extra but it was worth it. Thank you so much to the staff Very kind I got great sleep each and every night.

Our stay at the Madison Les was incredibly average. The front desk staff were extremely rude, especially towards my mother and me. When we accidentally went to the wrong floor due to poorly written room numbers on the card, one of the staff members stormed upstairs, giving us dirty looks and shouting at us. This behavior was completely uncalled for and made for a very unpleasant experience. Additionally, the room itself left much to be desired. It had a noticeable smell of smoke, indicating poor maintenance, and it was evident that the cleaning hadn't been done properly. Overall, this experience was not at all what we expected, especially for my mother's first trip to New York. It certainly didn't leave a good impression and put a damper on the beginning of our trip.

The hotel was really good, especially for the price. It was in a great location, handy to the F train, and the facilities were pretty good. We had a double room which was small but everything 3 adults needed (aside from the beds being too short for me and my partner who aren’t even particularly tall) but the staff were nice and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was nothing fancy but a great option to have. There’s not much in the area of the hotel unless you’re really keen on Chinatown, but it’s very very workable as a home base for exploring the city via subway.

The area of the hotel is fine, however, the rooms are very small. We booked a four person room and even opening a single luggage was tight. We had the hang our jackets on the corner of the TV and our luggage handle because there was NO SPACE. The beds are very small and it was hard to move around in that room. The customer service is not great. The lady at the reception usually working mornings is rude and not at all welcoming. You're basically invisible to her. Also, be prepared to pay for luggage hold if you leave your luggage before 9:00am or after 6:00pm even if you booked a stay (which was a first). The lady at the reception did not bother to let us know of the charge and just began tagging our luggage. It was only after I questioned she let us know. I would not recommend this hotel, there are cheaper hotels with better customer service and a better room overall.
