"The front desk clerk was very nice, welcoming and generous. Check in was quick and easy. The parking lot is very well lit, which I really appreciated. The clerk has access to cameras covering the parking lot and entrances, so I felt secure. You can’t get to the hallways without your room key, so we didn’t have to worry about strangers coming to our door. We arrived at night & I was surprised how close the hotel is to the highway. However, we couldn’t hear ANYTHING as far as traffic goes. I didn’t really feel like the area was unsafe. I didn’t really see any concerning behavior or characters hanging around. Our room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It was a very good experience, if I am being honest. "

"It was a basic room but clean and comfortable. Wish I had noticed it didn’t have a mini fridge when reserving. I had a personal issue (not their fault) and they were very helpful and helped me out. "

"Front desk manager was very professional.My husband dropped off our rental car at the airport and Jeff brought him back to holiday inn. Later, Jeff drove us to dinner and picked us up. Next morning he drove us to airport. He was super helpful and accommodating. He is great at his job. We were only there one night but it was a great place to stay before departing.We highly recommend this holiday inn."

"Although we did not use the kitchen facilities all of the necessary items were available. Our only disappointment was that the pillows were too soft! Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. Good location. Easy walk to many restaurants. "
