"Location is lovely, free parking on site, modern rooms but dusty. Loved they had kids pool, my child enjoyed it. Receptionist on arrival did not inform me of amenities, breakfast times etc. I had to ask. I’ve never been to any hotel that hasn’t done this so very disappointing with a hotel of this level. I should have listened to the reviews about breakfast! Many of us had to keep asking for things such as sausages, bread, juice etc. staying with a child and having to wait 15 mins for food to...

"The room was very clean, with amazing staff and wonderful views. We stayed at the mews, some drawbacks are no fridge, no room service & no AC. We did enjoy our stay despite not having some amenities"

"The room was really spacious (corner room) and beds comfortable but the bathroom was dirty, the toilet had blood splatters down the outside of it and on the wall to the side of it, as well as a dirty sewage smell coming from the sink. Breakfast was busy and had to wait a while for a table but the staff were so lovely and clearly working very hard, the food was good so only improvement would be to increase the seating area quantity."

"Lovely place and centrally located in kenilworth. Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful. All staff were lovely and very polite. Only thing that lets it down is parking. There are enough parking spaces but they are quite tight.Try avoid parking under trees at night as birds roost and can make an awful mess of your car. "

"Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again "
