"Had a lovely relaxing time with my girlfriend and her husband, room was so clean and had everything we needed, absolutely loved being able to log into Netflix on the tv which was a great size. We were checked in by a lovely young man who also served us our food, he was very attentive and even brought us extra sides for our burgers. Exceptional service from a lovely lady who served us breakfast and made sure we had fresh coffee immediately, she was also fantastic with all other customers. We will...

"A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. "

"Hotel is central to everything (shops, restaurants, theatre, bars etc) but hidden in a quiet street behind the theatre royal. The standard of rooms is excellent (lovely touches in each room makes you feel relaxed and cared for), we were also surprised at how quiet the rooms were. The breakfast was superb, with a wide range of quality food available. The staff are always well presented, friendly and approachable, helpful and knowledgable of both the hotel and the surrounding areas and events....
