Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied.

Excellent location.

Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard.

Property was very nice. Worked well for us. Would stay there again. Only issue we had is that check-in is at 2pm and the apartment was not ready for us until about 2:15 pm as housekeeping was still cleaning the apartment. Not an issue as we just waited in the stairway. Management company is strict about no early check-in and if early check-in, charge an amount per hour early, which we chose not to do. Would think that if charging to enter early, property would be ready when promised. Overall, a very clean and pleasant apartment.

Perfect location for town whilst also being quiet. Lots of parking options near by. Very clean. Nice touch with biscuits, cereal bars etc being left for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful studio

Very lovely flat !!! Amazing location, my check in was a miss (communication was a not consistent) and I did not like the fact that I was not told until last minute that the lift was not working and it looks like it has been a very long time... I think that it should be mentioned on the advert until it is fixed. I had 2 big suitcases and it was a nightmare to go up these stairs...

Stor leilighet. Vi fikk leilighet i 1. etg på gatenivå. Det gjorde lufting litt vanskelig. Gardinene persiennene foretrakk vi å ha nede for å hindre innsyn. Det gjorde leiligheten litt tettere enn den kanskje hadde trengt. Litt støy fra biltrafikk og pub rett ved siden av. Sentrumsnær. Fin parkering i bakgården. 第二次入住，床褥需較軟，但亦比想像中舒服冇腰酸。由於熱浪尾聲，空內很悶熱，窗因保安關係只能開三、四吋。好彩有風扇，否則夜晚完全瞓唔到。淋浴缸去水位有淤塞現象，沖涼時唔方便。 位置非常好，行兩分鐘已到大街。房間內五臟俱全，方便，客服email 回覆快，亦好友善，整體而言highly recommend 👍

Great place with thin ceiling

Great new-built building with proper looking apartments. Only two downsides is that they are pretty strict on validation, so either company email address or passport is needed. And of course, the booking is non-refundable... Although it is a new built, you can clearly hear your upper neighbour's every steps or if they are on the phone/talking.
