Sandman Signature Newcastle HotelTrung tâm Newcastle
8.4 trên 10, Rất tốt, (1.005 nhận xét)
"Tv didn’t work, plugs didn’t work, bathroom light constantly flickered, only one USB port worked next to the bed so meant we couldn’t charge our electronics. Phone in the room didn’t work so was unable to call reception, fan in the room didn’t work, mini fridge didn’t work, kettle didn’t work, shower wouldn’t cool down and remained extremely hot. Spoke with staff and was told maintenance wouldn’t be able to come until the morning but we were only there one night.
Asked if we could swap rooms...
