"Bathroom door could use replacing, it was an effort to close it securely. The self-moistening toilet cycled for nearly an hour after flushing and was quite loud. Our room came with a complementary bottle of wine corked with no bottle opener provided. We called reception for a bottle opener and it took an hour to arrive, similarly for towels.
