"Lovely, luxurious and quiet property but so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown!"

"Parking garage across the street so need to factor into the cost. Nice atmosphere in a very old building and our room was lovely. Very convenient to downtown and walkable, tho some hills (like anywhere in St. John’s) and on major route to get out of town to see surrounding area. Lots of fairly steep stairs to access rooms so beware!"
