"Pros: great parking on-site, cheapest place to stay available Cons: I'm not a picky traveler, but even the basic expectations were not met. Staff was never present at the desk. Paint was peeling off the walls. Room cleanliness was poor. Mattress was uncomfortable. Shared bathrooms had no soaps/toiletries and could use more cleaning and updating. "

"It was aweful the mattresses were terrible it felt like sleeping on rocks, there were rats the size of my foot, the toilet didn’t flush, late service. In all I would not rent better to just get a hotel."

"The stay wasn’t bad at all, was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews but I actually liked the suite, the check in process was super efficient and was able to check in early, it was spacious, clean and provided necessities on top having a smart tv which a regular hotel never has. The place was close to a lot of walkable places which was a plus, didn’t really use the public bathroom much since it was a one night stay and my commute was only 1 hour but it was pretty small nothing too...

"Staff at front desk are so clueless although I paid true Expedia they charged me full price on check in when I mentioned I have paid true Expedia she said she will credit me, on checkout the charges me full prices on my credit card again when I mention she argued with me tha No she only charged me 81 dollars when I showed her my credit card she told meat is wrong I had to call me credit card comp at and file fraudulent charge on the two charges "

"The staff were very rude. I had 2 reservations with individuals checking in at different times. When it came time to check in for the second reservation, I was told it was cancelled. I gave them the confirmation number for both reservations and I was told it was cancelled. I called Expedia and they verified it wasn’t cancelled an attempted to call the hotel but they wouldn’t pick up the phone. "Terrible service and conditions. Several flights of stairs, no staff to help. When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast is a granola bar or packet...

"Room was nice and customer service was great. The proximity to the train was good - about 8 min walk. The breakfast was not worth it - many hotels offer free breakfast of the same quality. Overall, a nice stay."

"I do not believe the building is installed at all. I could hear noise from outside as well as my neighbors to the side and above me. My room was clean but the light on the side table did not work. The volume on the TV did not work and the remote was sticky. I tried to address these problems with the manager and he did not acknowledge me. He looked at the remote and told me to talk to the housekeeping. He walked away and did not come back out. I will never stay here again!"

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out.
