"Clean, well-equipped room and consistently friendly, helpful staff, especially at the restaurants. The only drawbacks were a damp, musty smell in the lift and room, and only one lift seemed to be working. Despite this, the service and beautiful mountain views make it a stay I would still recommend."

"We loved our 4 night stay here Beautiful room, easy walking down and then up again from the main town Food in the restaurant and cocktails were delicious Only down is the bar doesn’t open til 6!! Breakfast was great too, plenty of choce All staff were so helpful and friendly, thanks to Jerry and staff at the front desk, helping us organise our trip back to Hanoi"

"The room we stayed in needed lots of touch ups. The bathroom water and sink had issues but they resolved it, but the bath mat was not clean and overall did not feel clean in this bathroom. Free all you can eat breakfast was good, lots of options and healthy choices including fresh fruit and salads. If it were cleaner I wouldn’t mind staying here again though it wouldn’t be my first choice. "
