하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에서의 숙박은 매우 쾌적하고 편안한 경험이었습니다. 접수에서 만난 지미와 수리는 정말 놀랍고 친절했습니다. 지미 덕분에 우리는 마지막 순간에 합리적인 가격으로 하롱베이 와 사파 투어를 예약할 수 있었습니다. 로얄 팰리스 호텔을 통해 투어를 예약했기 때문에 지미는 추가 비용 없이 우리의 방을 점보 사이즈 가족 룸으로 업그레이드 해주었습니다 :) 와이파이는 좋았고, 방은 깨끗했으며, 아침 식사는 괜찮았고 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 도와주었습니다. 우리는 다시 하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에 머물 것입니다.

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Great location walking distance to all locations in Hanoi old quarter. They upgraded my room and got with a balcony. Very big room. Special and big thanks to Ms. Anna for her excellent service, and she is ready to help with anything you need.
