Dear Lena Thank you very much for your review. I am really sorry for the next-door construction which brought unpleasant experience to your family. It will soon be finished by the end of August 2019. Our hotel surroundings will soon be back to a clean, quiet and relaxing alley. We have clear information for the room area, size of bed and photos on Expedia/Hotels.com. It's such a pity that it seems too small for foreigners like your family. We do not have this problem with other Asian guests. If you don't feel comfortable in that room, you should have informed the staff to upgrade you to a bigger room. We are happy to do that. Regarding to cleaning issues, my sincere apology.I knew your family stay for 2 weeks so I did remind all staff to extra care your rooms. We also made to breakfast portion bigger for you than other customers. I did not hear any complaints from your rooms during your stay so I thought everything was fine. I will more strictly supervise the cleaning issue. Our staff is also working hard everyday to bring better service quality to all customers. We look forward to welcoming your family here next time. Dear Value Customer Thank you very much for your review. I am very sorry for the unpleasant noise from construction nearby. I have noticed this on Expedia/Hotels.com website, you might have not read this before you booked us. Also being affected by the constuction, we have some insect issues recently . Our hotel do implement periodical spray every month to tackle this problem. The construction will finish by the end of August 19. I am sure that the surrounding of our hotel will be back to a quiet alley, nice and relaxing again soon, with only 2 minute walking to the beach. When you offer to change you to a Deluxe room, nicer and bigger, the extra charge is only 100.000VND (about 4 USD) not 100USD as you said here. There might be a misunderstanding. Again I am very sorry for the noise and other unpleasant experience. As a manager, I are doing my best to solve all the issue here, supervise and train my staff better in order to offer best service quality to all customer.
