"You are charged a resort fee whether you use the amenities or not - but the hotel doesn’t have BASIC cable! Coffee shop sells you a 6 dollar cup of coffee but they have no cream - message light on my phone for 4 days but you cannot retrieve the message. Very much disappointed with this property, expected more from the Ramada brand"

"Unfortunately, our room was not in the best state. Some outlets were not fully engaged into the wall so it didn't seem safe and functioning. The room was definitely overpriced for the quality it was in and the size."

"This motel is the best in Niagara falls ,I've stayed at too many and this is perfect. The rooms are spotless and hottubs are newer.There's a pool at the back which is great for the summer .Also tons of flowers and plants around the property. Very well kept motel,it's quite far from downtown but it's not a far drive."

"Accessible to and from any point, specially the Falls. In a very nice area, lots of places to eat, even a grocery store within walking distance. Even has a Tim Horton right in front of it. Nice sized rooms with AC/Heater and comfy beds. Safe area, never felt in danger. Friendly staff. Yes, it needs a little love to improve the buildings, if/when they do it'll definitely attract more customers. There is A LOT to see, so if you're on a budget and don't want to spend a lot of money in a place you'll just be crashing in to leave your luggage, get a hot shower and sleep, this is the place. If you want a fancy, Instagram-able place, this isn't for you."
