"The room was too warm to sleep in, so these 2 nights were not very restful. The staff could not change due to the energy strategy of the hotel. The question is for what you pay. A shame, because the rest was good, eg. personnel was very friendly. Secondly, the hotel still has a reserved amount on my credit card, even when everything has been paid for. I do not see this as correct."

"Second time staying here & overall another positive experience. It's a great hotel, with excellent facilities if you are a cyclist and with a perfect location in Oudenaarde. Only downside on this visit, we stayed 3 nights & the room was serviced but no coffee, milk etc replenished. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and people were evacuating themselves, no staff available to help or explain. Then after standing outside for 10 minutes the alarms stopped. Still no staff explanation. Not...

"Great hotel close by airport with a courtesy shuttle. No dining choices adjacent to property so we dined here and were impressed. Great choice for making an early am flight. Helpful, friendly staff at every encounter."

"This hotel was good value for the price and location was excellent. The room did have a musty smell and they only cleaned once during our five night stay. The self service was relatively easy...but i would have appreciated cleaning at least every other day. Location was excellent. "Accommodatie erg netjes, mooie grote kamers. Wc in dezelfde ruimte was een minpunt. Jammer dat er ook geen toiletborstel was. Parkeren was belachelijk: 20 euro per 24 uur, zeker omdat het ook niet mogelijk was om in de buurt gratis te parkeren. Ontbijt was op zaterdag oké (we waren vroeg en alles was aanwezig) Zondag slecht. Het was druk en een groot deel was op en werd te laat aangevuld. Aangezien ik dit al eerder heb gelezen vraag ik me af of ze in dit hotel leren van de feedback."

"The hotel is in a good location. But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by."

"This hotel was in a pretty good location but the hotel itself was super cute and chic, very well maintained and the staff were exceptionally helpful!!! Free coffee was a bonus but as a tourist we were trying to figure things out and make plans and the staff were exceptional! Highly recommend!"

"The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted. Weird issue with the credit card being declined at check in. The restaurant/bar is noisy at night but we couldn’t hear it in our room. Beds were comfortable and...
