"My favorite hotel in Tokyo. Literally right next to Tokyo Station and if you are at corner rooms, you can enjoy the view of trains running right below you. Yet it’s super quiet so no worries about sleeping well. The staffs are very nice and accommodating every time. Highly recommend. "

"Mandarin Oriental Tokyo was a fantastic way to begin our Tokyo tour! We stayed here for 4 nights prior to our cruise and absolutely loved the hotel. "Ended our girls trip to Japan with another fabulous FS stay. Staff was exceptional as always both before and during our stay. Views of the city are beautiful and the spa is definitely worth a visit. We ate at the bar and Italian resultant (dinner and breakfast), but did not have time to try the French restaurant. The food was okay in comparison to the FS Osaka location where the food was fabulous. Tokyo has many great restaurants and I so would recommend those instead. Overall a great property!"

"Great location within walking distance on major shopping and restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent. Amenities are good but a bit crowded for three people. "飯店設施齊全，房間內有微波爐、烤箱、洗烘脫洗衣機等等，烘衣時蠻小聲的，並不打擾我們睡覺，但烘完第一次還不會乾，需要再烘第二次。周邊步行3分鐘就有二家便利商店，飯店旁邊（隔一馬路而已）有一家超市開到晚上9:30，東西都蠻便宜的。附近有三個捷運站，交通方便。飯店採自助服務，有人說check in有點耗時，但若能先填好飯店前二天發信請我們事先填寫的資料，到現場只需掃QRcode，確認資訊即可，十分快速。房間門是使用密碼鎖，一開始一直打不開門，原來是因為風阻的關係需要出一點力打開。房間空間規劃很好，空間相對也蠻大的，畢竟東京大多飯店房間都超級小的。我們一共住三晚，沒有打掃對我們來說還好（垃圾桶還有蠻多空間的😆），checkout也是只需掃QRcode即可。check out後可自行將行李寄存於一樓。櫃台有時會有服務人員，如果不是很重人員服務的，這間公寓式飯店很推薦。"

"Great location if you like a commercial seen as most of the area has businesses. There are some other fab hotels in the area, including The Four Seasons; pricy to stay but a great place to grab drinks and a bite. Ascot does a wonderful job with sustainability support and has GREAT accommodations and room amenities. However, their breakfast is underwhelming and not worth the 4500 yen per person. The connected train station has plenty of coffee shops, quick bites and of course 7-Eleven to help...
