"Great stay overall with a few small misses We had a really solid stay at Hotel Kazusaya. The room was very clean, surprisingly spacious (especially for Tokyo), and had a great layout that made it easy to actually relax and not feel cramped. We had a double twin room. The staff were also very helpful and professional, and the location is excellent super convenient for getting around. A couple things could definitely be improved. The in room refrigerator/freezer setup is pretty underwhelming, especially if you’re trying to store anything beyond basic drinks. Also, the laundry situation needs some attention. There are only three machines, and the one we used didn’t dry our clothes at all during the cycle. Running another cycle would’ve meant paying again, so we ended up air drying everything and unfortunately, our clothes came out with a slight mildew smell. Overall, though, this is a strong hotel with more pros than cons. I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5 and would still recommend it, just with a heads up on the laundry situation"

"This hotel feels sophisticated and comfortable. The rooms are nicely designed with beautiful marble bathrooms. It was nice to come back to this peaceful environment after a busy day in this vibrant city. The staff were welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel"
