We are very unhappy that you booked 1 night with us and did not stay with us but you had put a bad comment, it is not good and not fairplay for our hotel, and it is really a spam review. Dear Flavien, Thank you for your comments, we have already checked your booking (with check in: 31 July & check out 2nd Aug 2018), you booked a standard double and when you arrived, we had arranged for you a superior double with a large window, so please check your real booking again and visit our website for per roomtype with clear details, I think you had misunderstood about this matter and hope to welcome you back with us in the nearer future if we have a lucky chance to meet you again.
