Regarding the price, I believe it’s not fair to compare with the downtown prices as we are Luxury Resort at Ninh Van Bay. You should compare with other 2 resorts at Ninh Van Bay & you will be more surprise that the other resorts are higher price than us. Dear Christopher, Thank you for you feedbacks. However we need to know which pools that you’re referring? Is it your private pool at your villa or the main resort pool. We surprise you did not highlight to your butler about this problem for us to take immediate action. Anyway just to update you that we have pool boy who clean pool villas at least once a day and for the resort pool 2 times a day. Regarding the plant, July and August is summer season and we need to prioritise the water for guest and we reduce the water usage for the garden. And it’s really our pleasure to serve you. Thank you also for the details & lovely comments & I wish to clarify on your comment about 1 restaurant. We have 1 restaurant because we only have 33 total villas at our resort with less than 70 guests when we are full house. On top of that we have private dining experience which we have several locations for the guest to choose. Our restaurant menu also considers very big with wide selections of cuisines. Regarding no air conditioning, hope other guest will not get misleading info as we do have an arcade at our villa but at the bedroom only. We do not have AC in living room as resort living concept is more to open air. Thank you & Happy Lunar New Year!

Sorry for taking quite a while to answer you as we need to investigate all matters mentioned by you with related departments. Regarding the food tasteless, appreciate you can contact us to inform in specific which dishes are tasteless? Regarding your comment that your villa was not clean for several days is totally unacceptable as we have checked the record of staff entering your villa which at least 2 times a day we serviced your villa. As our resort is in open nature, it is normal that wild creatures such as millipede or some insects came to the villa. Then regarding of the power tripped, you have contacted Mr. Dat your butler and he have liaised with our Maintenance team to fix the problem. When the power tripped, the wifi will also affected but after it was fixed, everything is back to normal. We wish to apologise for all the inconvenience caused and looking forward to welcome you again soon. Thank you and best regards.
