"The hotel room was a good size. Family of four and we each had our own bed. Had to use the couch to put our luggage on. Bathroom was fine. Hotel is easy walk to the universal studios and all the shops and restaurants. Very short walk to the nearest subway station for easy access to anywhere you want to go."

"This hotel was the perfect location for our trip to Universal Japan & the Osaka Aquarium. We are a family of 4 & the 4 single bed room was perfect for us. The hotel staff was helpful as well in terms of holding our bags before and after check in/out and arranging a taxi to the airport for us. It’s conveniently located by the train station, walkable to Universal Japan, and a free ferry ride away from the aquarium and Ferris wheel, and it’s between a Lawson’s and 7-11!!! This is a great place for families! "

"Thus is our second time staying at thus property and we highly recommend it. It's located on the citywalk which made it extremely convenient to get to Universal Japan (3-5 minute walk). There are tons of shopping and dining options, as well as a restaurant located at the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage too. The rooms are clean and have enough room for families. They offer amenities such as toiletries which is helpful when you gave forgotten something. The hotel us located by a metro station. Its only a 5 minute ealk. It was nice to have the accessibility of being able to have the access of the metro so close. We were able to jump on to explore Osaka (Dotonbori, Umeda, and Shinsekai areas, etc.). We will stay at this property again. We have enjoyed our stays!"
