"This is by far one of the best hotels that I have visited!! The location was great, property outside was clean and well kept. Parking lot was right in front of the property. Went in and the receptionist was very welcoming, sweet and informative. The room was well designed, modern, clean and bright with everything you need. "Good hotel but there were a couple of maintenance issues. The toilet rim was cracked. , which in itself is not terrible. The crack was very dirty. It was black and brown and looked unsightly. The toilet should be replaced. At the very least the crack should be cleaned better."

"Had a horrible experience. They gave us a room that smelled awful (cigarette smell). The door to the room would sometimes not lock at all and you can push the door open without the card key. The restroom was horrible as the tub looked like it may have had mold and stains. Water did not really get hot. You felt gross taking a shower and just being in the room. We stayed for four days and they did not clean, do the beds, or provide with fresh towels once. A lot of the things in the room were...

"This place is very old. Everything needs to be updated. Everything in bathrooms need to be replace and room furniture. No elevator, not good for senior and people who can’t take the step."

There were two of us, so we didn't take a shower the next morning. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on. When we checked out, the lady told us there was a button at the bottom of the unit we should've turned on. How could we have known about it? There weren't many TV stations to watch and at check-out, I heard two other guests...
