"Great breakfast menu with many options "

"I love their breakfast, they have a good variety of different options. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after paying my deposit n paying for the room separately; I was stopped like I was trying to steal for grabbing breakfast. I had a breakfast voucher, but when I checked in no one mentioned I needed to show staff this. So of course having someone stop you n ask “ did you pay for that” really makes me feel really small. I paid in advance to avoid this."

"Didn't stay for breakfast; took Uber to hotel so unable to comment on the parking as well. "

"Clean room, breakfast was your regular continental breakfast with muffins, juice, coffee, cereal, etc. Overall decent quality for the price. "

"Parking was good... plenty of restaurants around.. room smelled of stale cigarettes.. NO sheets on bed.. just a light blanket that was very stiff. Shower was clean.. planes landing at Bradley Airport flew right overhead Was alittle scary. "

"I won't judge too harshly since they are remodeling and were recently sold. The next persons experience may be entirely different once that is done. "

"Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay"

"Parking was med, alot of people hanging around couldn't park near our door. Room was clean but in awful conditions. Great for 1 night stay. "

"Nice discrete spot to go, walk right outside your door to fresh air. Quiet area local to attractions in the area."

"I made the reservation at 11:55pm while traveling. So of course I wouldn't make it to the property before 12am. Do to this they canceled my reservation and claimed there were no vacancies after asking what time of room I wanted to make another reservation for, which I was ok with. I just ask him to ensure I wouldn't be charged twice. "

"The room was not that clean. The breakfast area was very limited & the drinks in the fountain area were not working so only water & minimal juice mix was coming out . Very crowded. "

"We only slept there before our flight so we didn’t get to have the full experience. We checked in around 11 pm and left at 5am. We didn’t really see anything or anyone. However, the room was nice and I would use them again "
