"I travel with a large family. Typically three adults and three children. This room was comparable to a small condo and was sufficient space for my entire family. I normally rule out hotels because of our family size, but I’ll definitely be booking at Hyatt House in the future."

"The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well"

"Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist at the desk. She was extremely friendly. And I thought this is gonna be a wonderful experience. I rode the elevator up to the third floor to my room. I entered the room and my room immediately smelled like smoke. I did pay for a non-smoking room. I noticed missing spackle on the wall, a stain that looked like Kool-Aid on the carpet and the hairdryer was hanging off of the wall. The cord to the cable box was also hanging out of the cable box...

"This hotel is perfect for a horror movie. The disgusting patched holes, or holes that weren't patched. The soggy carpet. The smell of death. The broken handles that lock you in the room. The generations of bugs that live there. The broken down, faded, chipped furniture. Yes, feel like I'm lucky to have escaped with my life."

"The woman working the evening desk on 7/9/2026 was AMAZING. My flight was canceled and I showed up tired and grumpy. I also had minor surgery that day and was still dealing with lingering anesthesia grogginess, and she was kind to give me plenty of water so I could hydrate. Last year I stayed at another Hampton Inn and got bedbugs. So my trust was zero when I walked into the lobby. She changed all that. Give her a raise!"
