"I travel with a large family. Typically three adults and three children. This room was comparable to a small condo and was sufficient space for my entire family. I normally rule out hotels because of our family size, but I’ll definitely be booking at Hyatt House in the future."

"I booked this location with the impression that the amenities will be available and it wasn't. Pool was open but dirty and gym was close till 7/31 which if I was informed on time I would've look someone else. Communication should be a plus,especially when people are saving money for travel or daystay Amenities for us is a plus , it was too late for us to schedule elsewhere due to the time and date of the year July 4th However the location had a lot of parking space. The rooms smelled...

"Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant."

"My room was ok. More was more or less ok. Property was nice once, not so much anymore. Parking lot was very dirty. Big complaint, said breakfast was included. This turned out to be a paper bag with a muffin and granola bar. Be honest, say it in your description. I would of stayed elsewhere."

"The hotel is fine if you are just staying for the night and need a crash pad. The hotel and neighborhood are a bit rundown. The hotel room that I stayed in had some damage just below the window with poor repair work done to it."

"What a disappointment booked 2 rooms- I would have left the property but had elderly parents and we traveled all day and were exhausted. Rooms smelled musty and cigarette. Hole in sheet, blood on comforter, hair in bathroom. Parents sink wouldn’t drain- had to take cold showers water would not regulate- oh my heard traffic the whole time we were there along with noisy hallways-such a disappointment cause it was ideal to who we were visiting. Desk person was a bit grumpy"
