"A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. "Location is great - actually unexpectedly quiet Parking was plentiful. Check in was good- fast & super easy. Room was really clean except that there was a pretty nasty smell (I think from the carpet. Like maybe the carpet needs to be washed) I love that the windows open (although just a little) but I had to keep them open b/c of the smell"

"We would stay here again we absolutely loved the decor. It was modern funky and grand. We love the bar downstairs with the adorable DJ. She was amazing. I don’t know her name, but we love the music and her vibe. Great location, great price, comfortable bed, clean room."

"To be with, the bathroom was not clean at all. The tub and walls were dirty and there was a dirt ring around the tub suggesting it was not clean properly or at all. The hall way and walls were dirty, so was the carpet in the reception area."

"The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious. However, there was no open breakfast, as advertised, just a grab and go bag with sugar laden snacks and a bottle of water. Good coffee was also available, but only during breakfast. The toilet was very low and difficult to rise and sit. There was evidence of some mold and rist around the trim in the bathroom and the tub was stained yellow. Not enough towels or toiletries for a double queen room.
