"The stay was great. We did an over night. Room was clean and had a full kitchen area. It could be a one bedroom apartment. Pool was nice size and the people in it were friendly. Served a full breakfast which we unfortunately did not have but wanted. The only thing is because of the busy highway you could hear the traffic go by through out day and night, but if you get a room in the back that shouldn't be an issue. Next time we will."
"Room was very clean and huge. I’m wheelchair bound so there was plenty of room and then some. The roll in shower was great but the shower chair was slanted and I almost slid off of it and could’ve been a horrible incident. Beds were a good height, easy to transfer in and out of. But unfortunately uncomfortable mattress, bring a topper to make it bearable. Toilets are not ADA height, they are low so you will have issues transferring back to your wheelchair if you don’t have upper body strength. Mirrors are to high in the bathroom to see yourself in the mirror. Best part of the room is that there is a lot of room, bathroom is big for any size wheelchair. The room was clean. Fridge a plus. Cons: hotel lacks knowledge of ADA requirements, comforts, and unfortunately only provide bare minimum. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I didn’t try their breakfast but I heard it’s decent. Gym is basic but had enough to figure out a workout even for a disabled person. "
"Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The property itself needs ALOT of work & updates. Quite the eyesore outside. Building is falling apart. Tiles are off on the elevators. Very impressed with how they have signs on the plants outside that says do not touch. But they're plastic plants not real. "
"While the rooms and hallways were clean and maintained, considering the room price, they smelled. The bathrooms were very dated and didn't feel clean. The hot water in the shower was extremely hot and hard to get to a more comfortable level of hot that wasn't scalding. The rest of the property was not maintained or cleaned. They are renovating right now, so everyone had to use one elevator, the freight elevator. The front desk was not very helpful and felt overworked. In another year, the property will hopefully be very nice after all of this construction. We were downgraded from our initial reservation from a cabana room to the tower room, but were compensated for the lower-value room."
