"We were genuinely surprised how highly tech the hotel was. Modern and cleaned. Conveniently located with grand batam mall right beside it. You are able to walk to the mall with the linkage shared between the hotel and mall with no issue. If you have a big family, hotel rooms can be linked with doors in between the rooms."

"Stayed 1 night in the deluxe twin ocean view room. Very beautiful hotel . Would stay longer next round. Must swim in their pool. Infinity pool without the heavy price tag."
