"I would definitely book this resort again. My four day stay was divine."

"The first night of our stay an air conditioning unit leaked water through the ceiling. The hotel staff moved us to a beach front room as a gesture to makeup for the water leak. Overall, a nice hotel and Sean is excellent at customer service. However, not all staff were quite so friendly and accommodating. Given this is a Curio collection hotel- i expected higher quality. "

"Pros: Hotel room is clean, great location, beach is just behind the hotel. Cons: I had high expectation from this resort as it is a “Hilton” hotel. Customer service was mid. I asked for extra duvet/comforter since the blanket we had was really thin. It wasn’t given to us until the next day after we asked the third time. "

"Excellent staff. Welcoming and helpful. Pool was fun, excellent staff over by pool and beach area. Room was just ok but beds are amazing. Bathroom dated a bit and needs better lighting. Housekeeping was unimpressive. No soap in the room upon checkin, tried to call but desk phone dead…had to request soap and shower gel (bottle was empty)…- and last day we were there they forgot to clean room. We left from 11-4 at beach, came back and room left as we found it. Didn’t want to be inconvenienced to...

"We had three of the same rooms booked and one room was way smaller than the others. The bed washard and the pillows were very thin.we paid for ocean view and were at the back of the building. All the rooms are ocean view so thats a rip off.It was stated on the paper that pool hours were until 9. Took our whole family to swim and they tunred us away and said it closed at 6. They claimed to have 4 restaurants and didnt have a single full service restaurant. Told us we still owed roughly 900 on...

"Would not recommend staying on the marina side. First room didn’t have warm water, moved us into a room that smelled very musty. Tiny shower, no bathroom vanity, no daily room cleaning service. The staff was nice and attentive to my issues. Pool is nice and beach service was very convenient. "

"We stayed in an ocean front room. The view was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pickleball courts and the amazing restaurants. Wonderful trip! "

"The hotel does not seem to enforce any noise control for guests. On two consecutive nights, people in nearby rooms were playing loud jazz and music that could easily be heard from the hallways. The noise continued until around 3–4 AM and was loud enough to wake us up in the middle of the night, yet the staff did nothing to address it. Additionally, unlike other hotels in the same area, this property does not provide direct access to the beach. "
