"Due to flight delays, we arrived at 5:00 am on 05/13. We notified the hotel twice in advance of when we were arriving. 05/12 was paid for so we could get in our room upon arrival. We ran the door bell several times and waited for 5+ minutes outside only to gain access because others were leaving. Then, when inside, the man on duty stayed seated, told us we couldn’t check in till the afternoon. Had to persuade him to look in the computer to confirm our reservation and check us in. "The hotel was clean and staff was incredibly friendly/helpful. Tons of options for the kids to do on the property. Pools were cleaned daily. Bathrooms are easily accessible outside and convenient. Beach right outside the property and private so there were not many people in the area. Only complaint is the cost to rent beach items (chairs, umbrellas etc). Other than that the place was perfect. "
