"The breakfast was good, although crowded. The free shuttle from the airport was nice, but would be more convenient if BW made it actually obvious that the shuttle was from them. We had to call and ask how to identify it.
The extra cost for things is what irked us most. $70/day for parking. They offer a ride to the Cruise port, but it was $20/person. We asked if they recommended someone else, they suggest a taxi for $15/person.
We ended up taking an UberXL for just $16 for everyone. "

"I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk."
