"I guess I expected more because it's a Hyatt Resort. Walking into the building there was a pair of ladies underwear in the driveway. The flowers that trimmed the lawn in front of the building, they were Dollar Store plastic flowers and the color was fading. The young lady at the font desk was more interested in texting on her phone until I gave her a look, and she put her phone down and turned it over.
The layout and the size of the suite, was nice. The mattress was old and they had a pillow top on it to fluff it up but that did not work, because the mattress was sagging in the middle. The king size mattress was a queen size and I was told that, that's their king mattress. So, I switched to another room, the same size, same layout, same bedsize, but the beds pillow topper was a bit better. Within the hotel itself, it was clean along with the gym area and the pool area. I was hoping that there was a hot tub, but I did not see one. The hotel is surrounded by nice places to eat and shop. I never received a receipt at the end of my stay because they're internet stop working. My stay at the Hyatt was okay, but I would probably not choose to stay at that location again. The quality just isn't there anymore."
