"I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service"

"Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, clean and good quality towels, nice and quiet at night, very good location, very friendly and helpful staff, Netflix and YouTube on tv. I would certainly stay here again in the future."

"O"

"I was scared, the sheets had cigarette burns, pubic hairs on toilet, randoms pacing around the property. no elevator had to use stairs."

"Nice big room but basic, lights are not really bright but overall clean and comfortable. 10 min Lyft to downtown for F1 shuttle bus. Is along a highway so real ability to walk around or get food. Staff was friendly but had to speak behind glass so felt kinda weird at times."

"Great place to stay conveniently located. Everything is around you that you might need. There’s 2 things first I would say would be when we were at the pool. I had a three granddaughters and one of their friends and people probably around five people. Three kids parked and came in the pool, but they never went inside as if maybe somebody worked there that they knew, and they came swimming there because they definitely did not have a room there. The second would be. They have no handicap...

"There was mould in our room and the property was booked and we got there later in the evening and was unable to find another place that night so we had to stay in that room."

"Baby cockroaches infested. Refund was denied Expedia say it’s not under their control to decide refund. Had videos and photos of cockroaches and rust everywhere in the room. Smelt like mold"

"The whole place needs updating, beds and pillows were not comfortable, our AC fan did not work, the drapes were barely hanging on the curtain rod, the one office chair was extremely worn with one arm almost completely missing. Worst stay at a La Quinta we’ve ever experienced."
